DIRECT v2.0.0

We are pleased to introduce DIRECT v2.0.0, an update that brings new features and enhancements to the deep learning-based accelerated MRI Reconstruction platform. This release includes new deep learning models, notably the RecurrentVarNet and vSHARPNet, as well as additional MRI Transforms and Loss functions. Users will find updated DIRECT commands and new examples, along with improvements aimed at better memory usage and faster processing speeds. The code quality has been enhanced, and functionality for 3D data has been added. Future updates will include contributions to the CMRxRecon challenge 2023, self-supervised MRI reconstruction, and adaptive MRI sampling.
